Five days on a sailing yacht in the Mediterranean. Mornings: BPMN workshops in the cockpit. Afternoons: sailing, with process thinking woven into every manoeuvre.

No sailing experience required. The crew handles the sailing — you learn by participating at whatever level you're comfortable with. By day 3, most participants are actively helping with manoeuvres.
